European Union logo

Project implementer: UAB „Technologiniai valdymo sprendimai“

Project objective: Horas OEE Digital Transformation Project: Implementing Solutions for E-Sales Transactions and Service Configuration. During the project, a service configurator module will be developed to simplify the process of concluding transactions with customers by providing potential customers with a self-service portal where they can fill out and configure a relevant service package for optimizing production processes, monitor equipment operation, record efficiency, and calculate and display OEE metrics.

Total project value: The total value of the project is €85,600, of which €42,800 comes from the European Regional Development Fund.

In order to serve a larger number of customers, spending less time with each one but providing them with real value, the company plans to:

  1. Create packages of core platform functionalities that would reduce deployment and configuration time based on the client’s type and needs;
  2. Compile a list of sensors for preventive maintenance of various machine tools (by analyzing these parameters and providing insights on the platform regarding when and which equipment to service);
  3. Provide the ability to independently use the service configurator to interactively determine the optimal Horas OEE platform variant (configuration) for a specific client, as well as a set of accompanying products, based on the client’s company size, production volumes, equipment used, and other key parameters, which, when entered, determine the service and product combination for final approval and payment;
  4. Provide the ability to purchase and pay for a platform subscription as well as individual products (custom solutions developed by the company, sensors, and other products for sale) and services of defined scope—to execute e-transactions.

Project implementation period: May 2024 – May 2025

The project is funded under the Progress Facility 05-001-01-05-05
